Why a saint trading card?
Operation Mindfuck has always run on the principle that an absurd object dropped into a serious context is funnier — and more honest — than an argument. The trading card is a particularly good Mindfuck artifact: serious people don’t collect them, so its presence in their environment is automatically a question. Why is there a Discordian saint card on my desk? Who put it there? Did I put it there? Should I keep it? The answer is yes.
Print a deck. Hand them out. Tuck one into a library book. Leave one on a bus seat next to a copy of The Wall Street Journal. The cards are valid in all 23 known dimensions.
